The following links are to my own teachers who have taught and inspired me, both in my own personal develpoment and in helping other people in their own personal journeys.

Barbara Brennan School of Healing - Tara is a graduate of this school. It provides a highly intensive 4-year diploma training in the science of hands-on energy healing, personal development, childhood development, ethics and human anatomy and physiology to name but a few. Its founder, Barbara Brennan, is the author of 'Hands of Light' and 'Light Emerging'.

Energy Arts- Master Bruce K. Frantzis is a Daoist Lineage Holder and Master of Internal Energy Arts - the energetic and power aspects of martial arts, which includes the meditation and health benefits of qigong and bagua zhang. Bruce has written a number of excellent books on the subject, and teaches around the world in workshops, retreats and teacher training courses.

Real Taoism- Master Chris Ray Chappell has been an expert teacher in the field of internal and external martial arts, mind and body work for over 30 years. He has studied with many prestigious teachers including Bruce Frantzis, and is a disciple of Master Ma Bao Guo. Chris's Real Taoism studio in London teaches a range of internal arts including bagua, qigong, hun yuan, standing, breathing and meditation, in classes, workshops, retreats and one-to-one sessions. Chris also does KMI structural and fascial integration work, helping the body become freer to allow energy to flow more easily and healthily.

Option Institute -Barry Neil Kaufman 'Bears' founded this amazing place of learning helping autisitic children and also helping adults in personal development programmes. The core focus of the work is complete acceptance, going deeply into examining personal beliefs and creating the ability to change old beliefs into new ones that serve you. Bears has authored a number of books on the subject, including 'Happiness is a Choice'.
