These sessions are complete 1 hour sessions and include teaching techniques for managing your anxiety from the truly holistic viewpoint - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - giving you 'first-aid' and long-term tools for coping with and reducing anxiety as well as an indication of a path that will help you have long-term relief.
